  After the sale is made, the service ends. The follow up in my case was non-existent. You are asked to pay the highest price in the area for quality services and their taking care of "everything." Their caring ends after the big sale is made and you pay top dollar. Lewis personnel assume no responsibility for anything, especially their mistakes. Even something as simple as a paid receipt...I had to go to VA to get that. Have a question? They tell you to go do your own research and let them know. A family profession for four generations...four generations of learning how to promise all when you are emotional and deliver very little unless it is to their benefit. I was very disappointed the personnel and services received.

  I couldn't have asked for better service at a time when I had no idea what to do next. My family was walked through everything we needed to handle after moms passing. The compassionate staff was more than willing to help in any way and handled everything for us.
